Fyne Cosmetics Loyalty Programme – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Fyne Cosmetics Loyalty Programme (“Programme”).
1.2. By enrolling in or using the Programme, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional guidelines issued by Fyne Cosmetics.

2. Eligibility & Enrolment

2.1. The Programme is open to individuals aged 16 or over (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction).
2.2. A registered Fyne Cosmetics account is required to participate.
2.3. Membership is free and requires sign-up via our website or approved channels.

3. Earning Points & Tier Structure

3.1. Members earn loyalty points on eligible purchases made through https://www.fyneartbeauty.co.uk/
3.2. Points are awarded based on your VIP tier at the time of purchase:

• Privé Member (Tier 1): 1 point per £1 spent
• Privé Refyne’d (Tier 2): 2 points per £1 spent
• Elevated Tier (Tier 3): 3 points per £1 spent
• The Fyne’st Tier (Tier 4): 3 points per £1 spent
  

3.3. Points will be automatically credited to your account once payment is confirmed.
3.4. Points may appear as pending and may take up to 14 working days to fully clear.
3.5. Points will not be awarded on cancelled, refunded, or returned orders.
3.6. Certain items (including but not limited to gift cards, shipping fees, or promotional exclusions) may not qualify for points.
3.7. Tier progression is based on customer spend and/or activity and may be reviewed annually.

4. Free Gifts & Tier Benefits

4.1. Upon reaching the Elevated Tier or The Fyne’st Tier, members unlock access to a free gift on their next qualifying order.

4.2. To redeem a free gift:

• You must be logged into your account
• You must add at least one paid item to your basket (excluding the free gift)
• The free gift must be selected from the designated gift collection
• Only one free gift may be redeemed per order
  

4.3. Free gifts are only available with a qualifying purchase and cannot be claimed separately.
4.4. All gifts and rewards are subject to availability.
4.5. Fyne Cosmetics reserves the right to substitute any free gift with an alternative of equal or greater value.
4.6. Free gifts and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

5. Points Expiry

5.1. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
5.2. Any unused points will automatically expire after this period.

6. Redemption & Use of Rewards

6.1. Points and rewards may only be redeemed in accordance with the conditions specified at the time of issue (e.g. minimum spend requirements).
6.2. Unless otherwise stated, only one reward or offer may be used per order.
6.3. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold, or exchanged.
6.4. If an order is returned, any rewards or benefits applied may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Changes, Suspension & Termination

7.1. Fyne Cosmetics may amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms at any time.
7.2. Where required, reasonable notice will be provided.
7.3. In the event of termination, any unused points or rewards may be forfeited.
7.4. All decisions made by Fyne Cosmetics regarding the Programme are final.

8. General

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
8.2. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
8.3. Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
8.4. By participating, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
